Renaissance Dress Item Number RD101(standard) and RD102 (reversible)
Commonly called the Irish dress due to its popularization by the Irish and Scottish clans of the Renaissance faires, this bodiced gown is period to most areas of Europe at various times during the Renaissance. Depending on fabrics, it could be English, Irish, German, Spanish, or Northern Italian. Like our bodices (see above) the bodice of the dress is made with 1/2" steel stays and two part nickel grommets. For custom orders, please email me. Available in hunter, khaki, burgundy, royal blue, purple, black, navy, brown, and crimson cotton twill. Plaids or brocades available by request; these may cause the dress to cost more.
